Nationale Sport Vakbeurs

Based on current developments, we are taking a number of important measures during the National Sports Trade Fair ‘On Tour’. It is precisely during this period that it is important to come together as a sports sector. However, we only do this if the sports fair can take place safely and responsibly for everyone. We ask all attendees to carefully read and adhere to the following measures:

Before The Nationale Sport Vakbeurs (Exhibition)

Online pre-registration

Because our measures, we ask you to indicate which timeslot you would like to visit the exhibition.

Stay at home in case of illness

Do you have any symptoms such as having a cold, increase or loss of taste and smell? Then please stay at home because of the health of others.

Preparation

The entire exhibition program, the exhibition floor plan and the list of participants can be found on our website. This way you can plan a visit in advance.

During The Nationale Sport Vakbeurs (Exhibition)

1.5 meter social distance

Keep 1.5 meter social distance of with exhibitors and other visitors at all times.

Avoid physical contact

No physical contact should take place. So don't shake hands when greeting.

Mandatory walking route

We use a mandatory walking route throughout the entire exhibition floor. You’ll pass all the exhibitors, the main stage and the knowledge theater.

Number of visitors

We continuously monitor the number of visitors. We adhere to the guidelines of the (regional) governments.

Hygiene

You’ll find disinfectant hand gel spread over the entire exhibition floor. We ask visitors to wash their hands regularly.

Disinfection

Exhibitor stands and busy areas of the floor are disinfected regularly.

No payments by cash

To prevent the spread of the virus, we only use cashless payments via debit or credit card.
